Micromax canvas 3 is the best mobile which lies under 5000rs.it has and 8MP decent rear camera.coming to RAM it has 1GB.And front cam is also good which is built with 5MP. And it has an HD IPS display which generally every mobile is releasing with.Probably I can suggest u if u are thinking to buy a budget less mobile.
