I have purchased micromax canvas tab p470 on 29th April 2015, I have used tab for 2 months without any problem & after two months I faced lots of problem in installation, battery problem, software, hanging problems, at-last tab become dead. To solve all these issues I went to micromax customer care center They referred me to another center .I followed &reached to another center took token & waited for 45 min when my turn comes I have shown tab to service man he simply said to me sir we can not repair tab here we have to send to head office & which will take 45 days. I requested them please check first it may be software problem, After insist they told me to sit for 1 hrs, I contacted them after 1hr They said sir wait for another 1 hr, As I was hoping they may find the solution but after 2 hrs wait they told me sir we have to send this to Head office for repair.I shocked when they said that the battery bulged & it will be chargeable(2000).or it may be a problem of mother board. Again I shocked when I asked why such a long time to repair they have shown me 5 nos of same tab Micromax p470 tab with same problems & very bad experience from micromax service center .
I strongly recommend you DO NOT GO FOR IT.It will suck you.
