I bought the Micromax Tab p480 tablet from Snapdeal. You can relate it as good but the main problem with it is its battery.When I bought it only kitkat version and available and it said free upgrade to lollipop, but whenever I went to update it said no updates found.
When I got the tab delivered from Snapdeal I was very exited. But now when I opened it, I found its screen touch damaged. I called Snapdeal and they said they will replace it, but after a week or two they refused to take it saying it was too late for replacing. they had only 2 days replacement of their products and advised me to take to nearest care centre with the bill.
But when I went to the centre they said they will try to repair it for free and give it in 2 weeks. And there goes the "Big Issue", whenever I used to go to the care centre they said one more week and continued the same for about 2 months. Then one day I went to them and started shouting on them, and then you know what they did?
One guy came to me with a new Tablet.
I mean you should have done this before 2 months.
I really hate Micromax care centres. Not Gonna buy the Micromax products once again.
They should really improve heir customer care service. -_-
