I bought micromax canvas p480 tablet from Local Shop. It is good but the only problem is that battery life is worst. When I bought it it is written on the box as anniversary edition and os is given as lollipop 5.0, I felt very happy for this. Because all the tabs of this model are kitkat and when I taken my tab to the service Centre in my city This is the worst experience in service center of micromax. They must tell me that it will be downgraded without telling anything they downgraded my os version. Worst service
Rather not buy this tablet . The specs are good, but overall performance(particularly battery) is POOR. TODAY, my tablet’s touchscreen stopped responding and Micromax customer care is horrible. .
I understood that its battery doesn’t last more than 4 hours on normal usage(i.e. reading books, wifi etc.) and less than 2 hours of gaming or video playback. Even standby mode lasts only for less than 48 hours. What a useless tablet.
2. Tablet shuts down when battery indicator is still displaying 30%.(Once it reaches 30%, battery percentage decreases so fast and within fifteen seconds, tablet switches off).
3. The battery is non-removable so you can’t remove the battery if the tablet hang
