Micromax LED 32B200HDi

This Hd-ready LED TV  created a ripple and was  the highest selling Tv at  the time, it was launched(2013).The price which was around 16k than was  too mouth watering and I too fell in the price trap.

It remains the worst and the most affordable Tv that I have brought till date, although it would complete 12 months this year in july and has given me company without hiccups till date . The unnatural skin tones are a niggling source of irritation .

The colors reproduced  are lighter and duller  than the actual objects with shades of green and yellow

The pluses:

1. It has  2  HDMI ports since most tvs just have,  one its a big plus .

2. Its an HD ready Led Tv,  the crispness gives you the feel of a total HD(though skin tones still remains  the issue).

3.It can pick up USB version 3 pen drives / thumb drives / usb hdds, which some old Tvs cant.

2. 0 bright dots technology that lends clarity to images .

now  the cons are there are quite a lot of them

1. HDMI ports too deep and at the back, one has  to wall un-mount to reach them .

2. Ordinary refresh rate at 60hz

3. Poor build quality and looks esp the remote looks cheap and plasticky . The back cover of  the remote is perpetually loose and comes off very easily.

4. Ordinary audio quality .

5. Some mkv movies  don’t play some don’t play with audio.

6. Response to remote when it comes  to changing channels is very slow .

7. Thick bezel and the Led is slightly towards  the bulkier side .(weight 7.5 kilos with stand)

8. Tedious to unmount and re-mount.

9. Poor cx service - took about a week to come and install after the  issue got escalated many times to flipkart seniors  as installation was a part of  the flipkart deal, but guys at Micromax  don’t yield to flipkart’s  pressure and come at will .

If  all you look for is affordability and 32 inch HD ready led tv .its  for you.

I admit its a mistake I wont repeat again.this bad experience will be debited to  lifes learning lessons that affordability can be a lucrative trap .
