I bought this modem from a trusted online shopping site amazon .It is a 3g modem or net setter but it gives the speed of 0.0001g and it does set internet it divaste the settings of internet .The desidn of this modem is also not good like other modems .And it does not support 4g sims at all, it hanks too much in hp laptop and it does not support window 10 too which now common in all hp pc’s .The body of the modem is very weak it get broken from the height of 2m s only. I complaint these things to the customer care but like the modem the costome care person is a rubbish too
So guys it is a rubbish product
