I purchased micromax a60 mobile. I got a problem and I submitted mobile in micoromax authorized service center in Hyderabad. I submitted in one moth till now I didn’t get my mobile back
When I am calling to customer service in Hyderabad. They are saying that we are waiting for part when we receive the part, we will give back they are saying. I called in Delhi customer services when ever I am calling they are saying it will take 10 day
So friends, don’t buy micromax products. If you buy micromax product, you can face problems.
