I bought your Q5fb model mobile phone from LITTLE PLANET, Guntur vide bill no 2783 dated 11/03/2010.

Just after 4-5 months after purchase, the track ball failed(it automatically does the enter function without being pressed). Also I am having a problem of email(pop3), in which I am able to receive the mails but not able to send. When I enquired the service provider(Vodafone) they said that this is problem of the handset. Since mails are receivable, they said there is no problem with them.
I gave it to Shree Cell Services, Coimbatore(micromax auth service centre) for rectification on 30/08/2010 and I got it back after 3 days delay on 02/09/10 after rectification of track ball(they said they replaced it). They said the email problem is not rectifiable.
Now, just after a day, from yesterday night, the problem in track ball again started.
I am on a traveling job and I could not go to your service centre again and again. The problem in the track ball is purely a design problem due to which I am suffering. I sent a mail to info at micromax and awaiting their reply.
