My Wife has purchased( Micromax Canvas Power A96 by paying INR 8999) This is a mobile from BHOPAL which is her backup, now she is suffering and feeling cheated. Within 6 days the phone hangs and is of no use after that, but the authorized service center people [M/S R AND J ENTERPRISES, SHOP NO. 42, PLATINUM PLAZA, NEW MARKET, T T NAGAR, BHOPAL - 462003] are saying they don’t have components and necessary infrastructure to fix the problem. They wanted us to give the mobile for minimum 2 months.
"MICROMAX" is the worst brand I believe, and is always cheating their customers, So, please think twice before buying.
