You will regret.The worst service in the world!

I bought a Micromax A89 3 months ago..I encountered some problem in it’s charging.


then I submitted it to the service center..now they said that it will be repaired in 15 days. I called after 15 days..they said they haven’t got the parts so it will take another 15 more days..I called after tat and they said they still haven’t got the parts so it will take 15 more days..I called after that and they said 15 more days..


I have been waiting for over 2 months now..meanwhile I called them..sent E-mails..and I got no response..


The Micromax customer care said it will take 10 days to resolve your complaint..I called after 10 days and they told me another 10 days and so on..


The authorized service center people are rude and they answer you back. If you ask them why is it taking so much time, they will say they can’t do anything you have to wait! call the Micromax customer care they will bluntly refuse to forward the call to their seniors and they will say they can’t say anything on how many days will it take to send the parts.


After whole 2 months I received my replaced set and it was also defective.It could not make voice calls.I got the set repaired at my own cost.:(


This company has got no commitment.They will never tell you the exact date when you will receive the phone as they themselves do not know.


==Don’t buy Micromax or you will regret!
