I have purchased Micromax A 116 HD on 2nd April and it became dead after few months. I gave to service center on 24.08.20013. Job sheet number w030172-0813-5094925. When I contacted customer care they keep on telling that it is under process and will take 20 days/ so many 20 days are passed. But my phone is not repaired.
After seeing review of others I feel many people are having same issue. If this trend continues, Micromax will loose market share. Concerned people, pl awake and put in a process to solve customer problems at the earliest.
I will suggest others to think before buying any Micromax products.
