I went to repair my micromax canvas express 2, at micromax care center in faridabad sector,
This is my worst experience of mobile service center, this service center is very small as compare to to the strength of customer or complain, only one staff is available for mobile checking and one for give token, process is very unsystematic there, you cant find easily where you have to go exactly. Submission of mobile for repair is on simple printed paper, even not there any token number or any article number.
Any how once its submitted, and told me that we will call you and tell you what is actually cost of repair till 4 pm, I tried so many times his number, but its not receive, next day again I called than they received and tell me send your receipt by whatsapp number, which is provided by them(Rashid-9958xxx707), but I cant because my mobile was already submitted there for repair.
Once I called in afternoon around 4 pm, than they are speaking very rudely and simply say" take away your mobile, we dint checked and its not repairable, than I go there and tell them return my mobile, than they asked for checking charge, once I refuse to gave than they directly said we cant give you mobile without it, even you go in police.
After all due to time problem or other I pay they 70 rupee for checking and take my mobile to home.
This is very third class service centre due to their staff or system.
