Micromax 249 is the one of the keypad phone by micromax.I use this phone as a backup phone from around 2 year.It is an average phone.The design of this phone is best. Give a large screen than normal phones .and the text on the screen is large in size.The central button is provided with a steelish color covering , it is enhance the appearance .The torch is also available on this phone. It is postioned above camera , so it can be also use as flash light.The brightnes of the light is not good.The battery life is also ok for me .i can get 48 hour battery backup.It is support 2g network .but the speed is very low. Facebook images is not loading on it. And downloads are break before complete the process.So waste data balance.Only few sites are load on it .only partial parts of site are accessible through this.Memory of this phone is very low .we cannot save a single wallpaper on it without sd card.The sound quality is also bad. Full sound is needs for hearing music.All video format is not support on it. Only 3gp video and small sized mp4 videos are supported.This phone doesnot give the proper feature for amount they buy.i give only 2.4 rating for this phone.Thank you.
