The Worst experiences ever. I bought Micromax X351 few years back. Since then, I am experiencing unexpected issues with it. The after sale service is very bad. If music and ring tones are important for you than don’t buy it. The most poor thing about this device is its ring volume. The phone has very low ring volume even when set to maximum value(15). This turns opposite when earphones are plugged in. Due to this poor ring volume this phone does not sound alert when it is in some different room or when you are traveling. It’s very difficult to open its back cover and insert sim2 as well as remove sim card too. The back panel does not have a point from where it can be opened. You would require good nails or some thin pointed tool to open the back panel. Battery life is very poor.
All in all this is a decent or average phone but when price considered the rating would turn to good as it has all the features required that a feature phone can provide.
