Bought this mobile on 13/07/2010. And the keypad stopped working on the 10th day. when I went to customer care, he said, " We can’t do anything, the mobile is damaged due to water." And I said what are you talking about ? only some of the keys are not working, not the complete mobile. If I had mistakenly dropped into the water, then it would be completely gone.
Then I said ok, you change the keypad. Guess what did he said ? He told me that they don’t have it at the moment. I don’t know, why they are calling it a customer care when they don’t care about customers.
Never go for Micromax mobile. They are pathetic in service as well as in products.
The mobile cost me Rs. 3700/- and I had not even used it 11 days ...... If you don’t love your money, donate to someone who can do something good with it rather than purchasing Micromax X 360 "mobile".
