I Purchased this phone in Feb’11. After purchasing in just one month it started hanging and then there was major problem with touch screen. When I submitted in Vashi service center at ’M/S RAJ MOBILE SHOPPE’, I had the worst experience.
Service centre people were not having parts of cellphone and were uneducated about Micromax handset.
Service centre people themselves said Micromax handsets are worst. Once they get problem they never get repaired. After calling Micromax support centre, they didn’t reply. Then I sent Email and got reply, will look into problem faced by me, but never they got back to me.
I got my handset after 3 months from service centre with more problems.
Never never buy third class Micromax handset.
There handset are worst and service centre are pathetic. Micromax please look into the matter.
