I am big fan of microsoft products but definitely note in the phone department. They make the most complex devices. The UI is definitely not user friendly and it will take you a great amount of time to understand how it works.
The battery is pathetic and the battery will drain down to zero even if the phone is not use. The phone hangs every now and then and I think these are the 2 pain areas. Microsoft should definitely work towards battery and RAM management.
The camera looks poor and sick. The images are dull, dark and blurry. Videos turn out to be pathetic. Chatting apps like whatsapp reminds you of your office communicator. I think you should not waste your time and money on such devices. Android phones can be the best alternative. Definitely not a recommendation.
