I have been using this phone from more than 2 yeas last month I got its screen broken so I took it to customer service to fix the screen . when I visited at them they asked me Rs .345 as a initial fee to check if there is any internal damage or not before fixing or replacing screen which is paid then they asked me Rs. 4800 to replace screen and after I got my screen fix I got its mike not working.
So I took it back to them then again they asked to pay Rs. 345 initial fee to check my phone internally n what she did both the time " she just took the back cover and battery out then she replied me ok the cost will Rs . 4800+345(the first time when I got my screen broken) second time she did same took back cover and battery out and said ok we can fix it and pay rs . 345 and Rs. 1250 after phone(mike) get and come back after 3 days . when I came back after 3 days, the phone was not fixed that time she asked to pay Rs 1800 instead of 1250
So, According to customer cares the phone become 10X time more costly then its original price if a person decide to take his microsoft lumia phone to microsoft lumia customer care and the person have to pay the nine time the cost of that lumia phone to microsoft lumia customer care to make it 10x more costly .
