Microsoft lumia phone is good to use but it does not provide good ram capacity to run high level of multifunctionality game.some time it hang and you can not do anything on that time.we can not install games and other applications of other phone or android phone so this is one of its drawback.it does not provide file manager and does not provide function to add subtitle in lumia.but it provide good battery backup and features which is made by microsoft.it is good for official people who are working somewhere because they have to use excel sheet and outlook which is available in lumia.
