Lumia 640 at 11999 gives direct competition to moto g2.
the phone itself is very good, light weight phone the display of the phone gets corning gorilla glass 3 protection and due to pure black technology the display looks good in direct sunlight and it does not lags or stutter because just like iphone the windows is optimized for the OS the performance is good.
The camera takes good shots but during low light there is lot of noise in the images.There are amazing counterparts on android side but definetly if you are windows lover then go for it.
