I own a Surface Pro 3 and there was a USB port issue . Though there was no physical damage, the support guys mentioned that I have to bear the cost of replacement. I readily agreed as I liked the performance of the gadget and it had become a part of my extensive daily use.
However, since Feb 5, 2015 the replacement issue is pending. I placed multiple requests but every time they promise 3 day resolution but no one even bothers to come back. Every call goes on for more than 2 hours and here are the case ids given by them which are yet to be resolved.
