Dont ever buy Surface Pro 3 - Pathetic support

I own a Surface Pro 3 and there was a USB port issue . Though there was no physical damage, the support guys mentioned that I have to bear the cost of replacement. I readily agreed as I liked the performance of the gadget and it had become a part of my extensive daily use.


However, since Feb 5, 2015 the replacement issue is pending. I placed multiple requests but every time they promise 3 day resolution but no one even bothers to come back. Every call goes on for more than 2 hours and here are the case ids given by them which are yet to be resolved.

Here is the last mail where they once again blatantly promised 2-3 day resolution and yet there is no response.

Today when I called them, they started hanging up. Is this the service quality that microsoft stands for? Shameful, Deceitful and Irresponsible.
