Xbox 360 is the best old gen gaming console. I myself had bought a Xbox 360 slim black with kinect and I still enjoy playing with it, no defects have been occurred till now as it is 4 years old. I have modded my xbox 360 with jtag/rgh and now I can run modded games in it no problems have been found and no overheating problems been occurred
the xbox 360 slim has great features as compared to the old version of xbox 360 white fat. The slim version is silent and slim as compared to fat version. the processor and the speed of the clock is more faster than fat version, the xbox 360 slim has a power touch button, the slim version has better fan system and less chance are for overheating
I would prefer to use an UPS while using xbox 360 whether its slim or fat to avoid overheating or short circuit problems
The service support is average and as per the new model has came the price of xbox 360 has drop to 11k
