I am using xbox 360 since last year.but it is out of date now.it has only 500 gb internal storage if you want more storage you have to attached external hard disk or delete the pre download games.Nowadays new games are arrive in the market and that is not capable to xbox 360 because they made for latest versions.in addition to that collection of games in the market for xbox 360 is very limited now.if there is any problems comes regarding hardware or software so very few customer care service stations are available because of older technology.hence I shows thumbs down for xbox360.
