Guys if I need to warp this up in one line, here it is For The Love Of God. Do not buy this yeah at the problem I have faces to buying this product.
after one year or Xbox will have no warranty. There are no spare parts available for this new model so you cannot get it fixed outside. This is why my Xbox is collecting dust now. My Xbox is broken after use of one year and now I have no option to fixed it.
I have called to the customer service many times but Microsoft has almost non existent support for Indian customer.
Don’t angry with me. Please read the following experience. But if you truly want to know the state of current Microsoft support please pretend that you have a dead Xbox out of warranty.
If you need a proof please Google. Microsoft refuse to repair Xbox One. As I have document and the entire thing with chat logs and even voice recording.
Here’s what I had to go through just to contact Indian support.
No chat option no phone number or even a basic email at Indian Xbox One support page.
Contacted us support Xbox One Twitter but they did not reply.
Finally got the phone number, after talking to Indian check again they also said they don’t have any email when I asked for it. I call the phone number to put me on hold call 45 minutes. I disconnected.
After this I have tried to more time to reach them but they don’t respond. I gave up to the Microsoft support and go to the nearest repairing shop. And found a chip was damaged and there is no replacement available at this time.
Guys please don’t buy this. You never know when it might go bad after a year then you will be at the Mercy of after market spare part availability near your area. I hope my experience is helping you to make a correct decision.
