Dear frzs , After using this device I want to tell my personal experience that microsoft zune product is worse .my brother gave me a gift 5 months later within a month its music clearity goes away . The main problem is to add new music in Microsoft zune is difficult .
It has a 1 year warranty . When I gone to that particular address of customer service they ignore it and said that this company service is not available .
I was really in a full of anger .
So friends plz don’t buy this product.
