Smooth and Courteous. What was scary was there was only 1 person who was calling me. could not reach to their Board number to verify. There are lots of fake M&P in the market especially in Hyderabad.
Was reached out by Mr. Abhishek from Mirera. Even when I called on their number given on their website, the truecaller was showing that the number belongs to Abhishek. This got me concerning if this is another fake company.
I got hold of email of one of the co-founders(Mr. Abh. K) and tried emailing, but no response. The difference between top M&P and Migrera was good 30%. If feel it was good deal.
What surprised me was that the Car which went through a car carrier, arrived before the house hold dedicated container.
Just take care of the T&C, which I am not happy with.
Point to be noted.
If the distance where the truck can park and the lift( or the house) or from the lift to the house is more than 20 meters price would increase.
In case items cannot come through steps and roping is required, price would increase.
In case lift is not given/not working on the day/major items doesn’t fit in the lift or not allowed, price would increase.( Above 2 floors, if already informed us about the unavailability please ignore)
In case truck cannot fit in the lane or apartment doesn’t allow the truck. If a small truck needs to be hired, price will increase.
In case customer needs storage or hold the items due to any reasons, cost will increase.
In case of mathadi/labour union charges, should be paid by the customer.
If you are in the containment zones, red zones, in case of any permissions of the apartment, society or government is required should be taken in advance to allow the team and packing. When the team arrives for the packing and the proceeding are stopped due to the above issues. Local transport, workers charges and taxes will be collected from the customer.
