It cleaned excellently! Worked nice when no one was at home! But, died too early!
I bought this one from ebay and didn’t use regularly for first 6 months. After that it worked excellently but started to give some problems, just 3months before the expiry of the 2 years warranty. Which means, it actually worked well for around 15 months only. Then it had problems in finding the charging station. I thought it was because of obstacles and tried changing the position of the furnitures. All efforts went in vain and a few months as well as the warranty period were elapsed. After that contacted milagrow service, According to their terms, within warranty period, they pickup, service and deliver free of cost and after warranty period, Rs.500 will be charged for transportation. They picked it and took more than a month to service it. But charged nothing even for transportation. Earlier, it had the only problem of finding the charging station and it was working excellently but to that issue. But, after their service, it’s battery stopped to get charged and the entire unit stopped working due to low battery issue. When contacted they simply advised to purchase a new one. When asked about the very short life span of 2 years for this costly appliance, they simply replied that, it was not Milagrow’s product, and it’s a product of Ecovacs. Still now I don’t know the difference. Reality is, it’s an excellent and very costly appliance with a poor service support and very short life span!
