I Bought the Milagrow 5.0 wifi & anion on 6-Dec-16. The very next day I was unhappy with the product and wanted to return it. The Service Engineer came and asked for 1 chance to rectify the issues. The problems were:-
In Auto mode, the robot is not cleaning the whole room and leaving large sections untouched.
The Battery is not lasting even an hour forget about 90 minutes and in that much time, it ca barely dry vacuum only two rooms. after that the charge takes almost 5 hours.
The Wet mopping is leaving marks of wheel and brushes on tiles that look ugly when the floor dries up.
The Wet mop does not have the pressure to remove footmarks and other dirt from the floor unless one physically sits with the robot and keeps cleaning the same place again and again defeating the very purpose of the robot.
The Engineer took the robot back on 7th and got it back today on 12th Dec. I was again not satisfied with the functioning and wanted it returned. He has asked me to mail saying he is not authorized to take it back.
I want to return this ASAP and want my money back Rs. 31990.
