:- Going to buy SWIFT ? Dont consider MM in that case, they got less vehicle in compare to SAI and Chogule in Pune. Yes, you can go for other cars.
My experience is not so good with millinium mobility. WHY? This is the answer -
This feedback I got from the salesperson. They are new in the maruti dealer network so they wont get more cars in compare to sai service and chougale. So, delivery time will be on higher side for any car. (this was the excuse for swift late delivery) .Nice answer.....
Perhaps I met with wrong person in MM (millinium mobility) as that fellow gave me all wrong information and made big promises. He is the biggest liar with attitude. After getting check from me his behavior was changed. Also, I run behind him to give check and book the car. Also, he hide the information about price hike for swift. When I asked he said that they dint got any letter from maruti. Till date same story going on. Though, I asked them to give my case to someone else.
They have got service station in dapodi not in pune.
Ok now why on the earth I booked swift with them?
I have booked my house in wishrantwadi area and in future it will be close to me.
Not all the people in MM are bad, right now I am in good hand. This person is able to handle tough customers like me :-)
Atleast they are much better then SAI services, where salesman dont care to talk/greet you. Also, I heard some nice stories with them. All my friends told me to not go with sai service at any cost. I have been twice to Sai and everytime it was bitter experience for me . God knows why ppl go there ?
They are new in the market so I will get proper attention and better service. Though, my first experience is bad.
MGA person was very good and he suggested me right thing for swift. I am impressed with his knowledge and humbleness.
Sales Manager ’’Vaijayanti’’ is not at all professional lady. She dont know how to handle tough situation and no moral and ethics.
Anyway, MM need to improve a lot and learn to handle pressure. Swift is pain for every Maruti dealer and customers are not happy. I can understand their problem but at least you should be honest with customer and give them proper answer. Well after two month wait I cancel my booking and got my check (thanks for giving it promptly). They are ready to cancel yr booking perhaps making money on premium. I got to know swift is avaliable on 40K premium in pune with some car dealers. This I got to know from one of the Kotak finance man. But I lost my interest in maruti and her ’’Dabba’’ products
