Mindhal Mata Temple is located at Mindhal village of the Pangi tehsil in Himachal Pradesh. It’s distance from Pangi headquarter Killar is just 25 kilometres.My home is also Killar and last year in June month visit this temple when I go to Pangi.
I went there through bus it takes one hour and twenty minutes.The road is not created more and bus stop approximately 300 meters far away from temple bottom side.and there is snow in way I goes there is big snow pics and I crossed over it.the snow was there is fallen in winter season and comes in the form of glacier and collected in that area.
To reach temple many foot steps and these steps are made by white marble type stone. Temple courtyard is very big and in middle of courtyard round and circle type where Havana is done. in courtyard many stone made sculpture are present.
There is three temple in which two are small and in which both temple Shivling is placed and in main temple Mindhal Mata rani. All the temple made by wood. At the front of the temple many Gods portrait is articulated by local craftsmen.At the top of the temple Kalash is placed.
When I goes there that time many visitors were come here . To as Mindhal Mata Yatera .They come by J&K roads way. Also this temple is visited by other visitors only in Late summer month because in winters month all the roads are blocked. This all Pangi area is visited three ways to reach here by Jammu and Kashmir, Or bhya Rohatang pass through Kullu Manali and last one bhya Sach pass by crossing Chura valley.
One of most interesting and amazing thing about the place Mindhal village.Mindhal village is only one village in the world where farming or break ground(or say Hal chalana) only one ox or local bull.
I am highly recommend this place to visit and All Pangi area many beautiful places are temple are present.
