I had taken Hindustani Music classes there for around 6 months and here is what I have to say about it.
There are only two people running the institute a wife and her husband.
They don’t have proper communication with anyone. They don’t have a fixed timing of the classes. They keep on changing the class timings every 2nd or 3rd week as they would say that the teacher is busy with some other classes in some other institute.
Sometimes we would go to the classes and wait for 1hr at the end they would say that the teacher is on leave and they don’t know the reason for it.
They take Rs.500 registration fees without any actual registration as their institute doesn’t have any license.
No receipts will be given for the fees paid.
You have to call them to know the class timings every week.
I remember twice or thrice I requested them to talk to the teacher and fix the timing and they said yes they would do that what happened next??
We went for next two classes, waited 1 to 1.5hrs in each of them and both the time they said the teacher is on leave.
Reasons! For the first class they said His grandmother died and for the second they said he is on Deepawali leaves and we don’t know when will he return.
When for 1 month I kept on bugging them they said that the Teacher left the institute as he is not able to manage his schedule.
Later I got to know that they cancelled my classes because I used to complaint about timings and no other student complained.
