I am not referring Mindteck organization to anyone.
They wont allow you to take leaves for normal leaves along with the festival leaves. you just have to work for the organization without taking care about your health also. You just need to die for the organization.

No job security
HR is very horrible after joining to the Mindteck
Work culture is bad
If you want to go out they wont give relieving letter and they will torturing you.
If you are serving notice period(2 months) then you need repay amount to organization. Otherwise they will not give you relieving letter.
Strongly recommending, Please don’t join in this organization.
