This is to bring to your notice that I have been cheated by a fitness company i.e. Ministry of Fitness, Gurgaon which actually made so many false promises at the time of closing the sale but did not deliver at all and ended up in the most pathetic and worst service one can expect from an MNC chain. I became the founder member of the above mentioned Gym as I had gone there once for enquiring about their services, and after that their sales executives were after my life to join the club and offered me good amount of lucrative benefits and attractive discounts.
I am highly disappointed with the conduct and the level of professionalism of this gym’s sales representatives. I with my wife joined the club because of studio classes and not for gyming. We were promised the studio classes would commence by 1st March 2010, then 15th March, 22nd March. And now I realised the management does not even know, when these classes would commence. I sincerely feel sorry for the management and its seriousness.
Further, I paid the initial amount( Rs 4000 for two people) which was supposed to be till 31st march 2010 and my next payment was due in 1st week of April 2010. Instead the club charged my card( Rs 4600) without my authorization and a month prior to the due date. I really doubt the integrity of the organization. Sale person Manjeet and Shweta lied about the facilities(studio classes) and about the fees to me.
