Call it affirmative action, reservation or by any other name; its a sign of progressive society. Its a recognition given to the ’’Have nots’’ and is inevitable. Today its for the OBCs in India...over a period of time when the OBCs themselves declare it as superflous ( it may take 30 yrs.... but its happening with the dalits who want to compete in open quota..at least in South India...the progressive part of India), India will offer quotas for the margilanised of Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, may be Pakistan and all other Asian countries where there is direct and indirect discrimination in the name of caste. We are the leader. We are the giant not only is Asia, but of the world. Lets also spread our Karuna!
