This is the restaurant situated in gariahat. And it took around one hour from my place to reach there.But still as I heard so much about it from my one friend. I decided to try this place
So finally after one tiring day, I reached there at 10:00 o’clock. Its exterior was not much impressive so I thought that I am entering in some wrong place.But when I entered the palce I was so impressed.It was just like some punjabi dhaba. They decorated the place in very innovative way. There was one yellow cab, handpump, tyres, charpai, angeethi and all the necessary stuff which is there in dhaba.And in walls there were paintings of bollywood stars in desi way, like salman sitting in charpai and sipping tea, madhuri selling peanuts.And there were very catchy dialogues written in wall. Even waiters were dressed up in pathan kurta payjama.
They have bar in downstairs and restaurant in upstairs.And food was simply awesome.They serve them in thali as we use in Punjab side, and food was also authentic punjabi types.After so long I got this kind of taste in bengal.There service was quite good. And we received our dinner just in 10 minutes after giving the order.
I dont have any Idea regarding reservation of seat, but I think they must be having that kind of system.It was really an ultimate experience.People living in kolkata must visit there.
