I am writing this to save other from having all worst experience in shopping through MIRRAW. I ordered a fabric through Mirraw on 21st Aug and received a dull damaged fabric on 29th August. The next minute I called your so called customer care number, where I was able to hear only the IVR tone and never connected to any person.I wrote an email on 30th August requesting to take back the fabric and refund the money. There wasnt any response except for a ticket number. I wrote another email on September 2nd for which again there wasnt any response except for a ticket number again. To my biggest surprise I received an email from them on September 9th, SHAMELESSLY titled how did we do? with a ticket closure message without any resolution given. Also their email says not to take up customer satisfaction survey in the below link if you are not satisfied with the service, instead to open a fresh ticket again. I wrote an email again yesterday, as usual no response till now. To increase my frustration, still I did not succeed reaching any customer care representative though I am calling the number daily. This is the worst online shopping company that I have ever seen. If you cant take care of customer queries, just shut your business and stop wasting customers time and money. When you are capable of sending promotional emails twice a day why cant you answer customer emails. Do you think that people are so jobless to run behind you writing emails and calling 1000 times to get the hard earned money back for all the fraud business that you do? I am more irritated in seeing your standard response for all the reviews that people give here also. Stop giving parotic responses to cheat customers and start following some business ethics.
