Fake Offers, Bad Quality & Poor Customer Support

Another eCommerce website for women & another bad experience. I have most of the eCmmerce websits & thanks to mouthshut to giving chance to express my feelings.


As far Mirraw, its not a good choice to shop, I have ordred a saree from, which was totally different from the one which we have ordered. So, we called their & we were able to connect with them in 3 days, we have requested them to change our product & deliver the same which we have ordered & if its not possible please return our money.


I have sent them 9 emails & don’t remember how many followups over facebook, they never responded & after a very harsh 10th email they responed that the we don’t have other saree in stock & we have this one only from the brand which you have chosen, that’s why we sent this. I requested them to change but they never responded. Atlast, I finally gave up & gifted that saree to someone else as a gift.Its really a bakwaas website, eveything is bad, except website design.
