This company is a joke. I place my order on June 27 and got it on the 17th of July. I had to literally email every single day for them to finally reply to me and keep me updated about my order. Upon placing my order, I was informed that I should give in my sizing which I went on to do, but one of the links they gave me didnt work and so I sent them a email. I tried calling them too, since I live in the states I have to buy one of those internationally cards to call them. But calling them was also difficult because they never picked up. It took them literally 2 weeks to reply to that email and on top of that they were suppose to call me to confirm my sizing but they never did that either. When they finally responded to my email, I gave in the sizing for my order. After much waiting I finally got my order and opening the package was a surprise. The clothing were in horrible condition. The material used was cheap, the embroidery was hastily stitched, threads were hanging out of the dress, and one of them was even ripped! Along with this the dress wasnt even stitched according to the measurements I had given. The dresses in general looked nothing like the picture. I expected the dresses to come out nicer given that time that it took to deliver but boy was I in for a surprise. I immediately emailed Ravi, prajakta, and Ekta, whom I been emailing back and forth to know the process for a refund and return but they kept saying, "we would kindly inform you that the return of stitched products are customized according to your measurements, and cannot be resold/reused and hence will not be eligible for returns/refunds." That was one of the problems from the beginning my order wasnt customized according to the measurements. Now I cant even give the dresses back or get a refund. Their website should have written no refunds, otherwise I would have never placed an order to begin with. This experience with mirraw was just awful, their customer service, clothing, everything was just horrible.
