I purchased a saree from Mirraw after comparing rates from other online portals. No doubt, rates are bit less than others but not worth spending that much even.
It’s better to choose some product which is costing high but is good and as per your expectations. Mirraw had sent me wrong saree that too very bad in quality.
It was very hard to reach customer care. Still I managed to reach them after 4 days and told them about wrong delivery. They denied to arrange pick up and asked me to courier packet back to them from my Delhi residence to their Chennai office.
I spent another 400 bucks to do that and they denied to refund courier cost. Later I received even worst saree in exchange of that one. I had a very bad experience with Mirraw and decided never to buy from them and never to refer to anyone.Anjali B S
