Ordered a designer lehenga for my sister considering the price was so less, I thought I will gift her but to my disppointment., the dress arrived almost a week late than promised. Also in that period, I had to repeatedly call them and inform about the delay.
Every time I called them, half the time would go explaining my dismay and giving personal details and after all the fuss, they would come up saying, we will get it delivered in 3 business working days. It is so frustrating when you are eagerly waiting for something and it does not arrive.
Finally, the lehenga came but the quality was not up to the mark.any threads were hanging at the bottom and it looked like a used product. Not a finished one. And the color of the dupatta did not match the one displayed on the site. That was a big disappointment. Since we did not have the time for an exchange as my sister was supposed to wear it for a function the coming week and I am sure they are not this efficient.
Overall, not a good experience.
