1) Salary paid is according to department and not the work.
2) No growth, no internal promotions.
3) No proper work distribution.
4) People who are careless about work are paid high salaries.
5) Need to recruit the people who has attitude to work and justify the salary.
6) No system or practice to measure/count the performance of the employee.
7) No value of the people working dedicated.
8) No proper training.
9) No appreciation and motivation for some departments.
Needs to work on the employee satisfaction and also differentiate between productive and non-productive work force and accordingly take the plan of action.
