Delayed response to service call

Regret buying a Mitsubishi AC, after sales pathetic, no one turned up for 2 days, not sure if anybody will come tomorrow also, area service manager refuse to take calls,


It’s 5th day today, no one has yet come, only getting assurance, no action , wrote to their CEO, I think he is also kest bothered


Daikin service call attended in 2 hrs
