This Air conditioner is from a very well-renowned brand straight from Japan , but I wasn’t satisfied with this product at all . They all keep saying that Japanese technology is undisputed , but after using this product I don’t think if I could completely agree to that . The installation took me 4 hours which is far too much, the attitude of the staff members of the customer care was also very negative . The cooling is very slow , it takes more than 1 hour for the house to be completely cooled . The overall performance of this product is not as expected , which really is pathetic .
