Product is good but if anything goes wrong you will not be able to take help from warranty.
I was facing a issue with the soundbar, once i registered the warrenty then they asked me to send the soundbar to their Cc with the courier partner. They courier partner picked my product, (Good brand new condition) but when they shipped to the movi centre the product was broken. Now mivi support team attaching the broken images on the ticket portal and returning back the product to me.
It is very dispointing service I given the product to them in a good condition and they are returning back saying that it is mentioned in our clause that we dont repair broken system.
