I have experienced the worst customer service from you guys, it was my fault that I purchased the product.
The product is still under warranty and was picked up on 6/09/21 from my home because it was not working, however its been more than 2 months that I am trying to contact your customer support through calls and e-mails and I am attaching all the pictures for the same. No resolution has been provided to me yet and your support puts people on hold for too long and email support is pathetic.
I am never going to buy again from Mivi, neither I am going to recommend it to anyone and the worst part about you guys is that you have kept my product for which I paid the money and neither you are Repairing it nor replacing it.
Please do the needful to give me a resolution else I am going to get this filed in consumer court very soon.
