The setting is stylish and chic. The service is very courteous unlike many popular places of goa that are usually rude..
I love the lighting and the seating, especially the red lounge sofa which has an unusual but classy touch... it’s very modern, , a great bar to just chillax :)
I tried the beer can chicken! (they do this on advance order) what an amazing idea!! they had placed a chicken on charcoal grill seated on beer can with beer in it!!! apparently the beer warms up and steams the chicken from the inside to keep it juicy, explained the owner Manav (you should go by his suggestions, he been spot on both the occasions)... and really juicy it was.. I am not so much into Indian spicy food.. and this chicken had a good balance of some saucy glaze and spices!!!.. (i suggest two for this meal as its a whole chicken and can fill up two hungry souls)
This cost me Rs 350 for a whole chicken with loads of vegetables and I opted for french fries... So a meal for two at 350 and such quality is really worth it..
I’ve had the spicy prawns at Thalassa, which is nice, but this ones spicier and has much bolder Indian flavors...
The Fish with Lime & Dill sauce was bloody fantastic! The filet was juicy, and was layered with spinach & mushrooms and topped with a creamy sauce of lime & dill, amongst the best combination I ever tried and the flavors were so well balanced....
MiX, more importantly Manav specializes on dry aged steak, an art well lost even in most of Europe, so if you are into the beefy soft and juicy flavor this is the best steak that I have ever tried...
This is the best food I have ever tried, this little place is a great discovery and a refreshing break from the mundane....
Go on guys a must try.
