It was around 10:25 AM in the morning on 3rd March 2009. I called the board line No.: 044-28334882 wanted to speak to HR section to more about the opportunity. The receptionist picked the call, I requested her to connect the call to HR Section, and asked regarding what ???
There was a clear explanation given to her why the call to be connected. She immediately responded saying that HR people will be always busy with meeting and other works they won’t be able to pick the call and if you want you just send email to hr@tranquilmoney.com. I was just surprised with her answer, I requested her once again for to connect me coz I don’t want to apply with out knowing more about the responsibilities what they are expecting.
She returned the same answer that she won’t connect coz HR section will be busy with meetings always... and she made a statement that they won’t pick your call... funny... if that is the case... why they need publish adds for the requirement of manpower. If this also agreed then when they will fill this position...??? Very unprofessional. Its better to stay away from this kind of companies. If this is the start and rude answer how about the company culture how about the growth and what will be the result at the end of the day... I’m sure it will be pathetic. Instead its better for me to black list this kind of company and not to join this kind of company and spoil our career...
Management please advice your staffs with proper communication & also please let them know how the calls to be handled when it comes for branding....Its Sick...Do not apply for job in this company. They have time only for meetings and at the end of the day your growth will go in sewage water..... You will learn only to attend and do meetings nothing else...This kind of response will do for junior level or with people just don’t worry about there reponsiblitiy and growth. But being and well experienced candidate like me... I don’t prefer to apply without knowing the responsiblities and roles offering by the company...
