Very bad experience with Mobel furniture. I purchased sofa for our living room, a customized and reasonably big one, without a single rupee of negotiation hoping that they will not compromise with the quality.
Believe us, four times they have taken sofa back to their factory to fix the problems in the last three months and finally I gave up because once they are fully paid, they are least bothered about the customers and their commitments.
There were problems with head rest, handle’s wood, leatherite, legs and every time they have taken it back and brought with some new issues.
The main problem is with their workers and delivery staffs. They are not professional and just don’t care.
I will never recommend anyone to go to Mobel furniture if they really want a good quality stuffs.
