Mobikwik offers a fast way to recharge but they are not trustable. They are not genuine. They do fake promises.
I have recharged yesterday and applied a promo code according to which I should have received 10% cashback but till now I haven’t received any cashback. After talking to customer care they would not take any blame.
They instead put the blame on us that we only had made some mistake even if you do everything very carefully and apply the coupon code very carefully. They do not entertain the problems of the customers. So this was the worst experience I have ever had recharging online. I do not recommend anyone to recharge from this fraud site. There are many more recharge sites like paytm and freecharge you can undoubtedly go for these. I had great experience with these and I am never going to recharge from mobikwik again.If you are also from the ones who are cheated by them then please let me know through your comments.
