I started using Mobikwik.com at the time of demonetization, and found that this is not the one platform that I was looking for. It had lot of offers and I did use few of them but not attractive and value for money.
The Super-cash offer is like making fool of customers. You fill the wallet and pay for utilities but you don’t get the cash back, it goes somewhere in the wallet of Mobikwik and can be used as Super-cash.that is not what we as customers need.
This is some kind of trick they use with highlighting an offer and then nothing is seen. I came across one of my friend’s issue where he had paid to some reliance telecommunication and the payment was not credited. Apart from this when I paid for my Airtel postpaid connection it got credited to Airtel after the due date. There was some value given to me through Super-cash but I didn’t know how and what amount will be applied as a discount to my other payments.
I would say that for re-charge payments this site is good but for other offers they need to improve and give customers much more towards trust and transparency in order to maintain a strong and healthy customer base.
